2016

So much had happened since 2015. Discovered a new passion in life, holding it until now.

I have always thought that I would die fat. Being fit and muscular has never been in my mind as long as I have lived. Looking at the dedication of those who go through to get those results have always irked me but now it is what I do everyday in and out.

It started back in the end of September where I started my weight loss journey as well as a self discovery of who I am today. At first I believed that just by exercise I could just eat anything as I want (maintaining my normal diet). That went on until the end of December. I did lose weight but it was just merely 3KGs or so. Btw, I started out at 104KG. There I decided that my diet has to be changed. I made slight changes from time to time, making the diet a sound one where it can be a lifestyle, not something which makes you suffer and depressed throughout your whole diet. My diet started in 2016, a fresh start. I lost a lot in the first month and that is where I know I was finally doing something with my obesity which I have been fighting since I was a young lad. There were moments where I hit a plateau and results were not showing. I learned to make changes when things suddenly go to a stationery. Fast forward to today, I have lost a total of 22KGs weighing at 82KGs now. Fitness has never played such a big role in my life till I have discovered it this year.

I'm glad that I have very supportive friends who are there to give morale support to me. I have a dear friend which embarked on this journey with me. He started at 120+ KGs and now he is weighing at 92KGs. We're both alike and have never thought of being fit in our lives before but now we have been reborn. Grinding hard everyday in and out, sticking to a proper nutritional diet and hoping that one day we will achieve a physique.

Spots

Coming back here it just seems like a visit back to the past and seeing how things past by so fast in a blink of an eye. I get to see what I was facing from one period of time in my life to another. Its just like a train of thoughts but as life always have something else planned for us or we might even choose to take on a different path at the crossroads of this rail.

Coming to this age, I've been more observant of the surroundings of how people's personalities are. Somehow, somethings just does not change as how a leopard never changes its stripes.

To me, memories can never be forgotten. It is just like a stash of things which you hold on for let it be sweet or bitter moments. It is all stashed inside a treasure trove but such things gets overwhelmed by new found experiences that we face everyday in life and old memories just get buried deeper and deeper until one day the bitter memories might just be a fleeting memory and it will not affect us in a way which it had in the past and shapes us for who we are today standing proud with our chests outwards.

I kinda like my degree life because of my new found classmates. Compared to my diploma classmates they are much more friendlier. It is kinda sad because I wont be seeing them for the next 7 months because all of us have to go on our separate ways to complete our internship. However, we still have a year for us to rejoice and do many more crazy stuffs.

In two years, I will be in my next phase of life and I wonder how will it fare out. Scary thoughts on uncharted waters.

Journey

It have been six months ever since. Thinking back, reminiscing how things were back then and to where I am now. Much have changed ever since and much have I learned throughout this never ending journey where all of us are on now, a journey called life. I experienced many things in this six months.

First of all, I made more new friends from my college. I had been in this college for two years already but I did not really make any female friends but somehow I manage to make a few in this short period of time. It all happened because my best friend in college had a crush on a girl (Which is not officially his girl). That girl had a group of friends. Oh they were my diploma classmates in the old days. So yeah we did a few stupid stuffs just to catch their attention such as writing stupid invitation on a big piece of paper and displaying it directly towards them while we were studying in two separate discussion rooms but we were just side by side with one another and there was a transparent glass separating the two rooms so we just put the paper on the glass when they were looking at us.

Second, I did my very first marathon in my life. It was the color run. Many times I told myself that I needed to practice before the event but I never practiced at all. SOMEHOW I manage to finish the 5KM run, in a pretty good time too for a beginner i reckon! I reached the finish line below an hour! It was a  great experience.

Three, traveled to quite a number of places in Malaysia. First was Penang where I spent 3 days and 2 night with my friends which I met from an online game. Second, Ipoh and finally Malacca. So whats the reason behind all of this? We Malaysians are known for our extraordinary enthusiasm towards finding food where we would go all the way of an extra mile just to quench our taste buds on those particular famous local delicacies, thats right! All of those places that we went, it was in in the name of food! Live to eat not eat to live!

Four, I experienced my very first waterfall experience. The waterfall I went to is known as the Rainbow Waterfall back in a small place near my hometown called Sungai Lembing. I was unlucky that when we went, the rainbow did not show up. Nonetheless, it was an experienced to be remembered and savored!

Five, I took up French for my elective subject. Ehem... Je m'apelle John Koe. J'ai vingt-et une ans. J'adore manger. Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir?  AHAHAHAH kidding on the last one.

Six, I experienced my very first philharmonic orchestra with one of my favorite musics performed by Distant Worlds music from Final Fantasy. It was like a dream come true to listen the beautiful sounds of games being brought to life right in front of me with an ensemble of various musical instruments. Final Fantasy music has been the sole reason that I have picked up music.

Seven, I learned how to play a bit of the piano with the help of a wonderful friend which have is going off to UK soon. I learned how to play the early bits of Canon in D with both left and right hands! He taught me how to read the musical scores as well.

Eight, I am going to a very first trip with my college friends soon. Notably seven days from now. Going to Penang again with em college friends!

Nine, This is a bad experience that I wish never to experience again. Had my very first hangover with my drinking buddy which was my housemate who is now working. He comes by every semester for a drinking session with me. The feeling of hangover is horrible. The feeling was like you wanna vomit so badly but you just can't seem to do it and all you wanna do is just to lie down on the bed whole day. No more drinking two different liquors in one day. Midori and Famous Groose. Bad idea. No no.

That pretty much a summary of my life in a nutshell. The experiences that I have accumulated for the past six months. It was a good one. When you fall, never lose your will to stand up once again because you will discover many wonderful things once you stand back up on your two feet. Carpe Diem

Discovering myself

Well dropping off from my last post. Things did not work out. I guess that I'll still have to wait longer. I believe that good things comes to those who waits patiently. Its gonna be rough but I will manage it somehow as I had previously dealt with. As they say, time is the best medicine and time heals all wounds.

I've learned from that short little trip that I am a very sensitive person, exceptionally sensitive if it is someone whom I care for dearly. I still have a lot to learn on my behalf to be a better person who I am at present. To love myself more and not just to give entirely in for someone else while I neglect to love myself in the process. I guess I realize that when a big problem arises between someone important to me, if that something never gets solved at that moment, it will haunt me throughout the entire day and even causing me to be unable to sleep. I guess I have to accept the truth that, I do not know how to handle things in a mature manner and my way of thinking has yet to be developed to a stable state to who I am today.

On the other hand, because of such dismal state that I was in. I discovered that I am gifted in a sense that I have many friends around me who cares for me. Friends who I believe are of the ones who will stay in my life for a very long time. During my first year in college, I did not really have any close friends at all. But on the second year of college, that changed and I have found two close friends because we would go take an extra mile to the end of the city, enduring traffic jams JUST to have a bite on delicious food! That statement of close friends isn't sufficient anymore at the current moment, they are more of brothers to me right now. I was touched, very touched when I told one of them what I was facing in that evening as we were walking back home after class ended. That night as I thought the night would just pass by as how it normally would, then my bro messaged me if i needed to go out so that I could get my mind off things, I said its alright and he replied me immediately, "Just say yes if you need it. I know how you feel because I have been there". My eyes began to water immediately after reading that, even typing it out right now just makes my vision slightly blurry. Thank you my friends.

Actually I realize that I have been living with me,myself and I for over 21 years already. I don't see why I should be disheartened because of this, It have always been like this. Chins up, chests outwards Johnny! You can do this! Its not your first time falling and not your first time walking through the ups and downs in what LIFE has to offer! Believe in yourself, and believe in a better tomorrow John!

There is just so much hits in this that I could not help just to smile because there is so much I could relate to

My First.

So far to where I have walked in life, I have only made 3 confessions. The first two did not work out. I wouldn't say third time's the charm but it did leave a special mark which would never be occupied by anything else.

My life have practically been like a roller coaster since she came back. It started all the way back when she safely arrive in Malaysia on November 2013. Our conversations on one another got deeper as the days pass by in the aspects of topics regarding about feelings. One day she mentioned that she was waiting for her prince, turns out after countless of attempts asking her who that prince was, it was me all along. Waited for me since 2009.

Things were complicated. She was with someone back then. On 23rd of December we decided to have the talk because our conversations were getting somewhere and I believe that it will hurt her if this keeps on. The aftermath of the talk was really heart shattering in a way. SHE even thought that she had lost me as her friend. There were many moments where our relationships as just friends could have just shattered but it did not. Instead we came back together stronger than before. Despite so much that has happened, oddly there was not any element of AWKWARDNESS. I did hear it from a friend of mine saying that, you will only feel awkward if you think its awkward. Those words actually make sense as to what I am currently experiencing.

Suddenly things took a sharp turn. She suddenly broke up with her current one. I was there to be her pillow to catch her from her fall and make her happy. Things went really fast afterwards and many things happened between us. But one thing that she realized is that, she was not ready. She did not want me to be her rebound therefore she needed time to find who she is. I could not do anything as this was her decision and all I could do was wait until she was ready.

Though things did not go as I wanted. Though we did not get into a relationship. However, the love that I have received, given and accepted has made me felt what love was like. It is an overwhelming feeling that is very warm and makes you looking forward to every new day that we see when we open our eyes from our sleep. It somehow challenged me to be a better person than who I am today compared to before and I am thankful for that.

I really do hope that things between us will work out in the future. My dad talked to me about this and said, be happy with what you have at the moment, for whatever that comes in the future it is unforeseeable and who knows that if your bonds are strong enough it might meant to be.

You will always be my first love.

End of the world, or not

So the long awaited day is here at last. According to the Mayan Prophecy, it states that the world is gonna end on this day. Oh well we will wait and see. Speaking of the date itself, it reminds me of the time where my friends and i walked a half an hour journey all the way from school just to catch the movie, 2012.

Aside from that, seems like year 2012 is ending soon. Time passes so fast as if it passed in a blink of an eye. I still remember i decided to quit form 6 as if like it was yesterday. A choice that i had made which lead me here right now. If i did not went out of form 6 i would be very free right now as if would have already completed my STPM examination. This kind of reminds me of the poem, The Road Not Taken.

Two roads diverge in a yellow wood,
Sorry i could not travel both,
Be one traveller long i stood,
To look down on one as long far as i could,
To where it bent in the undergrowth.

Thats just the first stanza. Its all thanks to my beloved principal which made my whole class memorize the whole poem, but thats all i could remember now.

In 6 days from now i will be sitting for my finals. It is gonna mark my completion of my second semester out of a total of 6 semesters. Wow if i put it that way i am already 1/3 through! Somehow deep inside me, i hope that after i complete my advance diploma, i would love to take the top up 6 months degree program in Australia!

So recently i managed to get some game item which i could sell it off at Rm2000. Currently its offer is still at Rm1100 though. I was wondering what to do with that money. I guess if i manage to sell it off at Rm1500 im gonna safe the 500 for my incoming Singapore trip and the other 1000 im gonna get myself an ipad mini!

I guess this is all for now. Its gonna be interesting to see whats REALLY gonna happen on 21/12/2012! Till then!

Flight

Leaving off from my last post, i am now currently already halfway through my 2nd semester in TARC. What really changed my life here are the friends that i made in a game which i had played back in 2006 but had quit in 2008 and back temporarily somewhere in between but never as constant as it was the moment i stepped into college. It has been roughly 5 months since i played Maplestory. Within that time frame i have met a few strangers which became a part of my life today.

On the 21st of September, one of my maple mates decided to spend his holidays in Kuala Lumpur. Jess,Kelvin, Chun Kit and i welcomed Fadhli at the LCCT airport. It was already nightfall that moment. So Eelyn suggested a place called Murni. My oh my, i like Murni a lot as their portion of food are big! On Saturday we were suppose to go to Broga Hills but it was already late when we finished our dinner so we cancelled it and decided to just go on about at KLCC. We met up in the noon at KLCC with the courtesy of Eelyn picking us up from My Home. We had Nandos for lunch with the same group of people that was in the airport. It wasn't much of a day because Jess, Eelyn and Chun Kit had stuffs to do in the evening. So Kelvin and I had to entertain Fadhli instead! We spent our evening in the hotel watching the sick movies that Fadhli watches with his girlfriend. Halfway we went out and had Dominos for dinner. On Sunday we went to Malacca! It was kind of spontaneous as we had no plans at all on Sunday, then Jess and Eelyn said that Malacca is a fun place to go to, so without second thoughts we all decided to head on straight to Malacca! I have always heard of Satay Celup is nice from my friends and finally i am getting the chance to eat it! Ironically from the name, i'm sure you would be expecting satay but there isn't any! Realistically its just like steamboat but instead of the broth, the thick nutty satay sauce is used as the broth. So that is Satay Celup. After our wonderful meal we headed off to a riverside. It is said to be a Portuguese beach or something, heck i don't really care as the bomb to being there was the awesome mango juice! We spent 2 hours or so chatting there till the moon was up and then headed over to Jonker Street at night to look at stuffs and headed back to KL at 10pm. There was a shocking incident early in the journey back home. A car suddenly break in the middle of the road, almost completely stopped! We all almost had a heart attack in the car! But we made it back safe in the end so no worries! We had a lot of heart to heart talks in the journey back home, talking about one another's crushes, on-going crushes and relationships. If it wasn't for their support i would not have gotten so far as i had now with a certain person ;) Eelyn, Kelvin and I sent Fadhli off to the airport on Tuesday. When it was like only 1 traffic light back to my place, we all suddenly talked about a random pub called Overtime and Eelyn said that she has half bottle of Black Label left, me being a newbie in alcohol made me want to try it even more so everyone in the car agreed to go to the bar and finished it since Eelyn is leaving to Singapore soon. Without any doubts, we did a U-turn in the next traffic light and went all the way to PJ. We went to a bar called Bartress. Seems like Black Label is usually taken with Coke. Unfortunately i can't take it neat. The moment i let go my breath while attempting to drink it neat, my eyes hurt from the fume lol.

Recently just a few days ago, Fadhli came to Kuala Lumpur again. He came on the 24th of October which falls on a Wednesday. After class i went to pick up Fadhli at Times Square. We walked around Times Square and went to Carefour to buy some stuffs to chew back at house. The journey back home was horrible. The jam prolonged our journey back from from a mere 30 minutes to an hour an half. Initially, Fadhli came to KL as an act of surprise for Jess as her birthday was approaching on Friday. The default plan was to go for a drink on Thursday night till the clock hits 12 and wish Jess a very happy birthday but too bad later on plan cancelled as she is occupied with some stuff, another time i guess! So basically on Thursday we just spent time talking outside the house while playing the guitar the guitar. On Friday we went out lunch with Eelyn and her friend at The Gardens Sushi Zan Mai. Its my first time being in The Gardens and eating Sushi Zan Mai! After our meal we went to Carefour to buy BBQ equipment. Got myself a Gong Cha Winter Melon Tea with special brew on the way, its my current addiction! Went back home and rest for a while then Sam came and pick up up and drove us to Jusco to get food for our BBQ. I bought myself a shelf for my room as Sam could help me in transporting it back home. Thanks Sam! It was kinda sad that Sam got sick all of a sudden then he could not eat at all. Lets hope that doesn't happen in the upcoming Singapore trip which is gonna be planned by Fadhli! On Saturday, it was an early day as Fadhli had to leave early for urgent matters back in Singapore. We sent him off and went to buy some hardware things and went back home to assemble the shelf.

I am glad i met such awesome people in my life. I wonder what is going to happen on the next coming holidays, Deepavali ;)

To where i am

Its already been a month since i have enrolled myself into Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC). I am currently doing diploma in accounting. Honestly speaking, i myself still did not know what that i want to do in the future. Simply, i just took a leap of faith into pursuing this line of career upon hearing my cousins success story.

When i know that i was going to TARC i felt very insecure because of the language barrier that exist within myself. Being brought up in an english educated family with a primary education in a national school as well as in secondary therefore i know little to nothing when it comes to the language so forth known as, Chinese which remains as a virgin territory to me. Because of that i took the initiative to learn some of simple chinese words which are often used in simple conversations like, "Want to eat? What time is it? Where, why, how and etc".

When the time came, i entered my first class. I am indeed lucky to have found someone that spoke English. Seems like it was not too bad because at least i found someone speaks the same language as i am. Currently my group consists of people whom i speak in English and Cantonese. Sometimes they speak Mandarin among themselves so i use that opportunity to further improve my Chinese vocab, i hope by the end of my diploma i would be able to converse in Chinese!

They say that college/uni are the best times in ones life. I hope that is true. I took the initiative to be a part of a committee of a society. Everything seems nice to me as i felt like i was at home with a comfortable environment around me. I hope what the future has installed for me will be kind to me!

Recently my good friend has got into trouble but he is doing better now. I hope he continues to recover!

New Year

I did not do much this year on New Year's Eve. I just felt like staying at home and spent it quietly. After a while it got me thinking. How did i spent my previous New Year Eve's. Well as far as i remember this is how i spent my previous New Year Eve's

2011 (18 Years old)
I spent 2011 New Year Eve with my friends, mostly classmates :) Johnson, Ah Yang, Kam Lung, Hau Hwa, Lu Wei, and Eddy. We had our dinner together at Bayleaf, it's a restaurant where they serve western cuisine. After our dinner we went to Teluk Cempedak to feel the sea breeze. We bought a cake from Hyatt to cut when the clock hits 12.00am . From Teluk Cempedak we skadoodled to Andrew's place to hit on. We played a few video games and then poof! Its New Year! We wished everyone around us happy new year and thats about it.

2010 (17 Years old)
Oddly i do not really remember what i did on 2010's New Year Eve. There isn't any pictures for me to reminisce unlike now. Perhaps, i think i spent it celebrating Pak Shian's birthday at Just Relax.

2009 (16 Years old)
On this New Year Eve i spent it at Kristyl's place. We had BBQ. There were chicken, lamb, sausages, chicken balls and lots more! There were really a lot of people there. The ones that i recall are Kristyl, Nazim, Adlene, Jordan, Shammie, Aruni, Felicia and a few more girls which that i do not know of. Overall i enjoyed that night a lot :)

2008 - 1993
I don't think i did much on this time frame. I was still young and innocent :) However i do remember spending it at home playing games when i was still addicted to games ahahahha.

The school holidays has already started 2 weeks ago. I am currently working part time at Golden Screen Cinemas at East Coast Mall. School holiday is awfully long, 6 weeks. So i decided to take 2 week off from it to earn some money for my hanging out sessions next year. Working environment did not change much just that the people change. I am kinda happy that i got to meet back my old friends that worked with me early this year.

I often wonder, am i too serious/mature or just simply asocial. Often i see my other friends on social networks communicating with others very often. But what put me into this position of what i am thinking is because from my point of view most of their topics are very childish topics to begin with accompanied by childish comments.

I guess its just that i don't really have an ear to attend to for a very long time already. Ya'know someone which you can attend to everyday and tell them everything about your day and what you have been thinking. Until then i guess i will be sticking to this confined space for a while.

Thursday, October 6, 2011

Its already 10 months through this year and much have happen. More on that later. I enrolled into Form 6 somewhere in May in a place called SABS. Weird that when i was a young lad age of 12 it kind of used to be my dream school but it seems that now i am here it isn't THAT great as i expected.

Although i have ventured quite a milestone in my new life i still can NOT get accustomed to the ones surrounding me in my class. I do not care if my classmates stumble upon by blog by chance or anything, but if they do then GOOD for them because its a reflection of what your fucked appearance is to the people around you. As i was saying, though it has been long that i have immersed myself into my class i still have yet to reach an understanding with them besides of those that came from my previous school. Till, now i could not understand how the cultures of those who lives in the outskirts of town. They are WEIRD. You look at them and they give you weird faces. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? There is one thing where i simply cannot accept in their attitude is, they just take peoples' belongings for granted WITHOUT asking permission, this has caused me to search for my stuffs miserably from top to bottom from time to time. It is as if they do not learn simple manners from where they are judging by the way they act.

That is just a part of it, the second is just even worst. There is this group of ignorant group of rascals which laughs at almost everything, yes everything. It just happen today where a car had passed by and horned a few times out of the blue they burst out of laughter. There is this one person which i despise in the group a LOT. He is an attention whore. He laughs out loud while the crowd is quite to seek attention. Talks out loudly. The best fact about him is that he can NOT give out a real fact! He loves to BOAST around talking nonsense. He is the director and the actor of his own life drama. He might even win the award for best attention whore. This dude just doesn't know the line. Blurts out everything without a limit and can go on and on till its the end of the world. There is this one epic moment where the teacher told him "A good student but with no attitude is nothing". I do not know that he understands English or not but his reaction was a laugh? The teacher kept on going in dept of what she is trying to get into the little brain of his but he just keeps on giving cock reasons like "WHERE GOT!" and more laughs. What can i say with such people?

Thats pretty much what i had in mind for now

Saturday, August 20, 2011

Things are just so fucked. I really don't see people that i can mingle with freely. Activities used to be fun to be a part of. I looked to my left, right, front and my back there just isn't anyone which swims in the same water as i do. Remember the feeling where you look forward to a certain day because there is something which interests you? Been some time since that happened.

I feel, I feel, I feel just sad :( . I wish i had someone i could attend to all the time telling things that's on my mind.

Thursday, June 30, 2011

It has been over a month that i am studying in my new school. So far its kind of alright. The ice has finally been broken among-st one another. Some people tend to change a lil because there is a different environment from their previous education institutions. I thought that i will never be used to the rich chinese environment but i am getting along with it just fine somehow.

Yesterday, as usual that i THOUGHT it was like any normal school day but it wasn't. It was also the school's sport practice days where teachers would be half-occupied throughout the school, so i thought of bringing my LX-5 along me and also did i brought my first camera that i used in my life, the FS7. Just as the chores goes, letting my younger brother off to school before i head off to mine. As i walked into the school compound with my bud we decided to just stay at the assembly field as it was just about to start. Time passed on as we were talking and suddenly there it was, blonds on sight. Was i dreaming? Was i hallucinating? Was it an illusion? They-Were-Real! There were 18 girls, students from some school in Melbourne, Australia. The moment they were introduced in front of the students it seems like the only cheers were from the guys and over at the girls side seems to be very eerie. The 18 girls are on a study trip to Malaysia to learn about our culture and such. In order to support their aims the school has given us opportunities to bring them into our classes during language lessons and that was our golden ticket to skip our lessons! We manage to get 2 of them into our class after recess. Overall, i'd say the whole session was kind of stiff and in my opinion some of the dudes asked very silly questions like "What cars do your people drive over there in your school?" . Honestly, i felt very bad for them as the whole class was like talking to one another with a language that they couldn't understand and sometimes laughed. If i were to be in their shoes i would be thinking "What in the world are they talking about? Are they like bitching us with another language on purpose? Why are they laughing? Seems like they are making fun of us.". Just as how things has their good and bad, we manage to learn a little from them and had a little insight of how their place looks and works.

Sometimes i want someone to tell all my things to whether it the bad hair days of mine or its just something that im so happy of which i want to share to the whole world! It's really nice to have someone like that which i think i seem to have been missing it for a while now :(

Cherio!

Funny when you think back of the things you used to do and who you were when you were young with just no worries from the outside world, friends, money, future, studies and almost everything! Recently the electric supply has been cut from my house from mornings around 9am till late evenings 6pm. The people who are managing the electric supply are doing some upgrade on their wires or something. It has started two days ago and this is the third(counting from the date where this post is gonna be published). According to the technicians that it only require's just three days to complete this upgrade but i seriously doubt so as locals here have a way of doing things in their own sweet pace.

As i was waiting for the electric to come back. I suddenly remembered about special school events such as teacher's day and independence day celebration that schools have it annually. I notice when i was in primary, i had never attended to any one of them. There was once i was suppose to take part in a little performance for the independence day celebration, rehearsals were done and in the end i did not turn up. Man what an attitude i had back when i was a lil shrimp and i even had the nerve to come back to school as if nothing happen on the next day and ask how did the presentation went. I guess being grown up now, knowing proper protocols i am able to look back at my old self and laugh how improperly behaved i was.

Lately i have been seeing a lot of wars going on in social networks. Yes wars. Not the one where blood are spill but wars on teenagers about their social life. It kind of bores me to see one of the other giving one another false hopes and denying it. Sometimes it is just so funny that i find myself laughing in front of my monitor.

I guess thats it for this entry. Oh, and i might be doing a V-log for maybe the next entry or the next next entry :D . Cherios

Much have happened. Lets start by going back all the way to February 21 where i have got myself a job along with Danesh and Lee. As how things usually starts, the first month went on with full enthusiasm but after that the job started to be boring. Doing all the dirty work that my parents are doing to raise me up made me realize that money doesn't come by easy at all. Imagine that your time is only worth rm3.60 an hour for your service, thats terrible! It taught me a valuable lesson that education qualification is very important! My reasons for this job is so that i can pass my time more valuable by earning some money for myself and also its to achieve my goal to have a full manual camera. A year ago i thought that the camera that i wish for is impossible for me to acquire but after 2 months of hard work i have finally earned it by my own sweat and tears.

On the way i manage to make a few friends. Three turn up to be very good buddies and the rest are kind of like friends for the sake of not feeling left out at work. The sad truth to this is i actually find that friends at work would not last as those who are still working there will have new workers to bond with and by time i am sure that i will just be a mere acquaintance to them. Nonetheless, they are still great people.

Amirul and Afiq

These two are one of the nicest guys i met while working for Golden Screen Cinema's East Coast Mall. They have taught me well and been there for one another during boring times.

The cleaners

The cleaners over there really deserve compliments as they are a very friendly bunch and very easy to mingle around with. I learned a few words from them and also their language, Sri Lanka language!

The Crew

Conference

Overall, it had been a great experience working there for 2 months from 21st of February till the 27th of April. The reason why i stopped is because i am gonna take form 6 which is coming very soon, 9th of May.

In this short time frame. My good friends Lee and Danesh were going off to college very soon. We didn't get to hang out much but at least we did in the short moments. After they went more of my classmates are disappearing off as well.

9th of May arrives. I had a lot of things undone especially being all my certs not being certified yet. A few of my friends and i who are venturing to form6 turned up in our previous school, Saint Thomas to take some missing certs and certify it. Everything we did is really on the 11th hour and i guess this trait of ours will never change. We turned up at our NEW school, Sultan Abu Bakar. The environment is very different from my previous school. The biggest difference is that there are girls over here and the school is a LOT bigger compared to my previous school. There are so many teachers around i don't think even a pure student from that school would recognize all of the teachers. The first week of Form6 is pretty much crap with all the talks. But in one the final day of orientation the Upper Six organized something for us to go physical instead of putting our ass on the chairs whole day long. It was quite fun. It would have been more fun if the dudes on my group are more sporting. On friday we finally get to enroll into our classes. I see that physics class has majority of boys in it and girls as minority. Everything seems so far so good. Today, can be counted as our official first day of class. I see that half of the class has started their so called path to perfection process aka tuition. Tuition homeworks were on the table already. In my opinion is tuition really a necessity? I seriously think that students these days have a sick way of thinking that "If you don't have tuition you're doomed". One of the most outrageous things that i find outrageous is people discussing with friends on the first day about, "Do you have tuitions for *insert specific subject*?" . I have no further comments to be made. My class seems to be a bunch of nerds and also typical Chinese type of people. It is gonna take a while for me to get accustomed to my new surroundings.

These days, everyone are starting to disappear in one another's life but thats normal because it is a part of growing up. I see friends that gone to college now doesn't seem to tap back with their old friends. Less and less options which i see available on my Instant Messenger to talk to these days. I guess its just i am afraid of being alone thats why i am saying this.

Back and now

I was thinking back then how would i go through the slow days but now it seems that things has settled as it is. I did not get anyone new in my life to talk to everyday but i found myself more open to others and made a couple of new friends in return as well. I guess i know how hard money comes in now. Going out of house from as early as 10am and going back home as late as 11.30pm but thats not all things can be waaaaaaaaay later than this!

Highlights of 2010

Here is how it started and ended :)

Chinese New Year 2010

- Chinese New Year last year has really been a thrill to me and i hope that this year offers no less than what that it had last year! Since the first day of Chinese New Year i found myself going out everyday and coming back after the short arm of the time keeper hits 12. I gambled, A LOT! The best win was while playing baccarat at a friend's place. There were over 8 players i assume. Most of them are good buds. We took turns to be the banker in that game, so when it came to me everyone was like, "John. I respect you as a friend, so i won't disrespect you *RM 10 on the floor*". Not one but half of the entire crowd did that! Basically in my mind it was like, "Shit John you are gonna lose BIG and might be going back with shit in your pants OR i might be winning big". The thought of winning did not occur to me at all as to because luck seems to be the worst thing i have. As the cards are given out, there were no sign of people throwing up their cards indicating its a 9 or an 8, phew! The drawing phase then began, everyone took a card and all of them seem to have a sinister smile on their face, hell was on to me already. My first 2 cards were bad, i got 13, making it a 3. So, i drew my 3rd card to my luck i got 5 of hearts! That put me up to a very steady stand! Oh did i mention that both of my previous cards were hearts too! All out! In that one round i earned over 100 ahahaha! But the best part of CNY is, the gathering of friends! Oh! And also the Red Packets!

School Life

- 2010, marks the final year of schooling. It is that year too that our brother all the way from Hong Kong is going back. Were gonna miss you bro! Thinking of school, i find myself very lifeless doing nothing at home during schooling hours. Gonna miss the birthday rape's, scoldings, drama's and above everything you, my fucked up classmates!

Deepavali

-Deepavali was the shitz! I remembered i suffered so much on that day! I went from house to house to fill my stomach up over and over again till a point where i find it hard to move around! You guys should strategies your open house! Let one be for breakfast, lunch then dinner! It was like all for lunch last year! The best part of Deepavali has got to be the prank we did over at parvesh's place. Acting as if we are planting a Molotov on the middle of the road when we know the car's are coming and seeing their reaction! Sorry satha we didn't eat much over at your place, because of that you got scolding from your dad. We will begin with your house next year!

PUPA

-PUPA. It is a camp organized by the school for students to just chill out and relax! My friends and i are the committee's! Practically we can cause all the havoc we want! But unfortunately what we plan did not work out well. it was for 2 days and 1 night somewhere in balok. The day was proved incredibly tiring with all sorts of activities fun and games! The best part was at night. Eating snacks that we have planned earlier while talking bout GHOST stories! Gajeen had the FUNNIEST expression! He is SUPERBLY SUPERSTITIOUS!!! We were talking about a certain ghost then Gajeen quickly interrupted, "YOU LOOK UP IN THE TREE NOW! YOU LOOK UP! THE GHOST SURE THERE ONE! SEE LA STUPID GO TALK!" ahahahaha! The fun did not stop there! Gajeen had to go to the toilet so we played a lame prank on him which is, doing ghostly sound while he was taking his shit! That guy really ran out when we did that and keep on saying he heard ghosts! I loved lying on the beach that night looking up at the stars by the sea breeze :) . Times like this are really gonna come by hard.

Moral Party

- I believe this is the best party i ever had! A total Lump Sum of RM500+ from the MORAL SAFE! I was one of the few donors :S . Nonetheless, the party that was put up is absolutely da bomb! Gotta thank Dinish for the chicken. Oh and Dinish, you said were gonna have another session like this aren't we? Well, WHERE IS IT? Being the cook is certainly a hard job! With all the smoke flying to your face and getting to your eyes, ouch! The best part has gotta be the part where everyone tells one another (student to teacher) on how they feel towards each other! Loads of fun hearing what he thinks of us ahahha. Another nice part is the BEST STUDENT OF .... caremony! There are a few title's to be won! I'll try to list out the ones i remember. There are Pelajar paling lanci(cocky), Pelajar paling bermoral, Pelajar paling "ada bola?", Pelajar paling HAMSAP and a lot more that i couldn't remember as the titles were all hilarious!

Surprises

Met Dato Lee Chong Wei just by a food court out of my school!

Known you for 2 years and over. Finally being able to see you in life was really great :)

Thats about it. Oh i forgot something =/ i don't have much pictures of this year's International Understanding Night of Saint Thomas :( . It was THE best dinner that i have attended to! Even said so by the principal and the teacher advisor himself!

Until then, Good Bye and Happy New Year!
