Holidays are finally coming into an end.*Snap!*

Had a few nice experiences during my holidays especially trying out Tennis!!!I realize how hard is it to serve those big serve's performed by Roger Federer and Andy Roddick!

The perfect toss.

The Devastating Serve by the American.

Overall it is a very fun experience to play tennis especially the thrill to spin the tennis ball on serve! All of this wouldn't be a success without THE Tennis Kaki's!

Whoa i did not know there were THAT much of a meaning of the word leader. But the most recognized meaning of leader is

1. a person or thing that leads.
2. a guiding or directing head, as of an army, movement, or political group.

Leaders as you all know are certain people whom leads the people, group, villagers and etc.But how is a leader chosen? The most logical way and fairest of them all is through Democracy. And of all what does even Democracy mean in Malaysia? It is not even practiced by the leaders of Malaysia what more do we expect from the upcoming young generations in school?

Leaders are ones whom not necessarily leading them WITHOUT a leader a school society for an example.Societies, they too have a place called President where he/she will lead the club and under the advisory of teacher advisers. From that prospect it has lead to another conflict where democracy is not practiced.

I had my first hand experience. It is not who we are and how good are we in leading to be the leader no,not at all in fact in school's(not all mostly) its like this, "Can you work with me,Can you handle me,Can you take the heat" what is all of this bullshit got to do?Even CANDIDATES themselves are not VOTED by majority of the society in it but only chosen by the teacher adviser and seniors whom we work with. Some are even picked by their "leader-ish" looks and voila the next thing we know he get a super high post where even one of the candidates which already have 1 year of experience in it don't even get that far?Is this the leaders today?

It is a very controversial issue that things like this easily gets out of hand and bonds in society gets shaken and most probably ending up in failures.Worst cases, some teacher that favors a certain student and wants him to be whatever he wants might even gets the post regardless of what he had done for the club or it could even be RACISM.What shit of democracy can be witnessed through this?Don't even dream of having democracy in the politics if this is where it is going.

Once appointed as a leader the same issue keeps coming on and on again.Less members attending, cooperation not given and etc. What does this certain phrase mean "you have to gain their respect, respect have to be earned it does not come and go".Through democracy wouldn't it solve it in some case, alright not entirely but cutting down the conflict in a society is assured.Through "Candidates-Without-Experience-Willing-And-Able-To-Work-With-Teachers" as presidents a lot might not agree with the decisions made and he/she will face difficulties him/herself as well as the teacher adviser. It does not make any sense in leading the community at all but worsening it by conflicts of disagreements of one and another.

All of this is just my point of view. But once he/she has been chosen we got no choice but to accept of course this is Malaysia. And Malaysia's famous slogan is!

MALAYSIA BOLEH!

catching up

Been very busy these days.Doing some catching up on my studies after left for so long.Well as you all now know the main topic of almost EVERYTHING is the latest happening of H1N1.The primary side of Saint Thomas has already been shut down, a teacher is admitted to the Intensive Care Unit Ward.Rumors says he is dead, some say he is still alive and recovering in the ward, just hope everything is alright and he is still alive.Because of the recent cases of this virus there's been alot of absentee's in school i am guessing only 3/4 of the whole school population only turn up for school and the amount of people wearing the masks are rising it has even became a new trend of fashion!!!Here's an example

Hand over yeah monneh if yeah know whut's good fer ya!
